English Standard Version (ESV)
The English Standard Version was published in 2001 by Crossway. It keeps close to the wording of the older English Bibles while using today's English, and it is widely used for reading and study.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
